User Agreement govern your access to and use of the website https://gg-drop.gg and all related services operated under the brand GGCS2 (the “Website” and the “Services”).

These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and ITSFAIL LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, registry code and address as published on the Website (“GGCS2”, “Company”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing, registering on, or using the Website and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Website and Services.

1. Eligibility
   1. The Services are available only to individuals who have full legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence.
   2. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old, unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law, in which case such higher age applies.
   3. Persons under fourteen (14) years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Services under any circumstances.
   4. GGCS2 reserves the right to verify User eligibility at any time and may request additional information or documentation.
2. Definitions
   • Steam — the digital distribution platform operated by Valve Corporation.
   • CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) — a video game developed and published by Valve Corporation.
   • Item — a virtual in-game item associated with CS2 and held within the Steam ecosystem.
   • Marketplace — the technical platform provided by GGCS2 that enables Users to list, buy, and sell Items with other Users.
   • Account — a personal, protected section of the Website created after authorization via Steam.
   • Transaction — a peer-to-peer exchange of an Item between Users using the Marketplace functionality.
   • Balance — an internal accounting record of funds credited to a User’s Account for settlement of Transactions and payment of platform fees.
3. Nature of Services
   1. GGCS2 operates solely as an online marketplace platform facilitating peer-to-peer Transactions between Users.
   2. GGCS2 is not a seller, buyer, owner, or custodian of Items and does not set Item prices.
   3. All Transactions are conducted directly between Users. GGCS2 provides only technical, informational, and organizational infrastructure.
   4. Transfer of Items occurs exclusively through Steam and is subject to Steam’s rules, limitations, and technical functionality.
4. Account Registration and Security
   1. Access to the Marketplace requires authorization through a valid Steam account.
   2. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials.
   3. GGCS2 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by User negligence.
   4. One User may maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities

   Users agree not to: - violate Steam Terms or applicable laws; - engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing; - manipulate prices, Transactions, or Marketplace mechanics; - provide false or misleading information; - use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools; - impersonate GGCS2 staff or other Users; - attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with Website functionality.

6. Fees and Payments
   1. GGCS2 charges a platform fee for completed Transactions. The fee amount is published on the Website.
   2. Fees are deducted automatically upon successful completion of a Transaction.
   3. All payments and withdrawals are processed via approved payment providers.
   4. Balance funds are not bank deposits, electronic money, or stored-value instruments.
7. AML / KYC Compliance
   1. GGCS2 complies with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act and FATF standards.
   2. Users may be required to undergo identity verification (KYC), including submission of identification documents and proof of funds.
   3. GGCS2 may suspend Transactions, freeze Balances, or terminate Accounts to comply with legal obligations.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
   1. Due to the digital and irreversible nature of Item transfers, completed Transactions are generally non-refundable.
   2. Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical error or non-delivery, at GGCS2’s sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
   3. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in Account termination.
9. Intellectual Property
   1. The Website, software, design, and trademarks are the exclusive property of GGCS2 or its licensors.
   2. Items remain the intellectual property of Valve Corporation.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
    1. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
    2. GGCS2 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
    3. GGCS2’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User for the last Transaction.
11. Termination
    1. GGCS2 may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
    2. Termination does not affect completed Transactions.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
    2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland at the Company’s registered location.
13. Amendments
    1. GGCS2 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website.
    2. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
